Today on the blog I am featuring Ulrick and Jansen’s incredible Pala Mesa Resort Wedding. This wedding was one of my favorite of the year! There where so many amazing little details through out this wedding. Everywhere you looked you could find little touches of this couples personality scattered around. One of my favorite things about this wedding where the little touches of Harry Potter that the bride planted through out the day for her groom. The groom is a huge Harry Potter fan, and Jansen made sure to place little hints of Harry Potter through out. She had a Harry Potter ring box that the rings where placed in for the ceremony, there was a cut out of Harry that was placed by the cake table (and also made his was to the garter toss!), there was a Harry Potter themed grooms cake, and my favorite was the grooms gift. The grooms gift included a Harry Potter wand, button cuff links (the brides maiden name is Button, seriously can she be any cuter), and some gorgeous for his eyes only photos. It was one of the most creative and thoughtful grooms gifts I have even seen given. This wedding day just incredible and you could really feel the love between Ulrick and Jansen and everyone who attended their special day.

This was the grooms mom when she walked down the aisle. She was also rocking a Harry Potter themed necklace!

Ulrick’s reaction to Jansen coming down the aisle was one of the sweetest moments I have ever captured.
















Of course the wand had to come out once or twice during the day!
